We carry both manual table top and semi-automatic skin system models. DPS Series skin packaging machines are designed for low to medium volume applications. They incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/off heaters, which come up to heat instantly during cycles and turn off for loading and unloading. The DPS skin packaging machines have timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator.  DPS IR skin systems models incorporate an automatic retractable radiant heater panel system, controlled by percentage controllers for precise heat distribution. All SA & IR skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. The in-feed and out-feed table, along with the impulse type hot wire cut-off are all standard. DPS SA & IR Series skin packaging machines can be equipped with a three-stage vacuum system for products with complex shapes. The DPS IR series may be ordered with a blister forming option to produce low profile blisters from roll stock.​​
